If something needs to get done at Fines Holdings, there is a good chance Lance is somewhere in the middle of it. As Operations Manager, he oversees the day-to-day operations behind our properties, works with the team to solve problems, coordinates improvements, and helps ensure residents receive the service they deserve. Lance believes good property management means being present, communicating honestly, taking care of problems, and continually finding ways to make our properties better places to live. He brings a hands-on approach to the job and a simple goal: leave things better than he found them.
