Closing or ending the chat clears the conversation, and a new visit starts fresh. If exit cleanup cannot complete, conversations expire after 24 hours and are removed during routine cleanup. When you submit a contact or tour form, you agree to share your contact information and conversation with our team for follow-up; that submitted record may be retained for our business records. Please do not enter passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal records into chat. We may also collect device information, IP address, browser type, and website usage data.
